Ewan McGregor on 'Doctor Sleep': I know my character better than Stephen King does

Ewan McGregor has been reading Stephen King's novel "Doctor Sleep" to prepare for his role in the sequel to "The Shining." So how does the film differ from the book? McGregor shares some information, without spoiling the story.
