Life As A Pirate Absolutely Sucked
Sorry to break it to ya, but being a pirate was no fun at all. They slept in small, dank living quarters, covered in urine, with dried wheat blocks infested with weevils as sustenance. A lot of them died from a vitamin deficiency that caused their teeth to fall out and blood to pour out of their mucus membranes. At least they had beer?
